Venice
Iago è furioso per essere stato licenziato da una promozione e trama per vendicarsi del suo generale Otello, il Moro di Venezia. Iago manipola Otello facendogli credere che sua moglie Desdemona sia infedele, il che suscita la gelosia di Otello. Otello, pazzo di gelosia, assassina Desdemona, poi si uccide.
