The Outsider

An adaptation of Albert Camus’s novel

Raymond describes how he got in a fight with his mistress brother.

Meursault and Marie enjoy each other’s company.

They hear Raymond fighting with his mistress at the hall.

A policeman comes and slaps Raymond.

Marie asks Meursault if he is going marry her. He accepts the proposition.

Raymond and Meursault go for a walk and they are attacked by a group of Arabs.

One of whom is Raymond’s mistress brother and they fight.

Raymond gets beaten and goes to the doctor.

When he returns to the beach, he has a gun. Meursault takes the gun and decides to continue his walk alone.

He meets the brother again and the brother threatens him with a knife.

Meursault shoots him once and then 4 more times.
